






What is Hink?
A concept of Hacking Life.
Recently I presented the concept of Hink at IIT Delhi in a competition and won Second Prize. Here's the reason they liked it so much -
Hink is a concept where you learn to hack your life. First, you control your thoughts, affecting how you feel and act, ultimately changing your life. Let us say you hesitate while talking to strangers. The obvious method to remove that hesitation is to practice repeatedly, which is a very time-consuming process. Taking it one step further, you can learn from someone very good at talking to strangers, and they can give you tips and tricks which will help you learn in comparatively less time.
Here’s how I will approach this problem at Hink -

Identify the reason why you are hesitant - what’s the root cause? Low self-esteem/Bad experiences in the past/ Not knowing how to talk or something else.

Directly addressing the issue identified.
Using this approach will not only solve the problem of talking to strangers in the least time but will also solve other related issues.
